Refund policy

This document explains our current policy for returns, exchanges, and reservicing of transactional goods and services. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with any item(s) you purchase, please understand that all customized items are a FINAL SALE as they cannot be resold.
 
Returns
If your order arrives with any damaged, missing, or incorrect goods, please contact us at info@my1of1.com to approve your return before placing your order in the mail. We reserve the right to deny refunds to senders without prior return approval. Item(s) must be mailed back with the original invoice within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. My1of1 will accept, for return or reservice, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages caused by the customer. 
 
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as all customized items are a FINAL SALE as they cannot be resold.
